What We Do
Protect Your Buildings for Decades

Metal cladding is the most durable, low-maintenance exterior finish available for agricultural and rural buildings. Whether you're re-cladding an aging barn, finishing a new build, or protecting a drive shed, metal siding eliminates the cycle of painting, rotting, and replacing that comes with wood and other traditional materials.

We work across Simcoe County on everything from full barn re-cladding projects to new agricultural construction. Every cladding job gets the same attention to detail we bring to our roofing work — properly flashed corners, clean trim work, and panels installed straight and true.

The result is a building that looks sharp, sheds water properly, and won't need touching again for decades. That's the value of doing it once and doing it right.

The Case for Metal
Why Metal Cladding
I
Won't Rot, Warp, or Fade

Wood siding rots. Paint peels. Vinyl warps in extreme heat and cracks in extreme cold. Metal cladding does none of these things. Properly installed, it will look the same in 30 years as it does today — without a single coat of paint.

II
Zero Ongoing Maintenance

Once it's on, it's on. No annual painting cycles, no replacing rotted boards, no caulking failed joints. Metal cladding is a one-time investment that pays for itself quickly against the cost of maintaining traditional siding over the same period.

III
40-Year Finish Warranty

All panels carry a manufacturer's 40-year paint warranty against peeling, chipping, cracking, and significant colour fade. The finish is baked on at the mill — not painted on site — and is engineered to last in Ontario's climate.

IV
Broad Colour Selection

Available in a wide range of colours — from traditional barn red and heritage white to contemporary charcoal and slate tones. We'll help you choose a profile and colour that suits the building and the property.

V
Fast, Clean Installation

Metal panels install efficiently compared to traditional siding options. Less time on site, less disruption to farm operations, and a clean finished result that doesn't require additional trades to complete.

VI
Increases Property Value

A freshly clad barn or outbuilding significantly improves the appearance and value of a rural property. For farms and estates where curb appeal matters, metal cladding is one of the most cost-effective upgrades available.

Where We Work
Ideal Applications
I
Barn Re-Cladding

Full exterior re-cladding of existing barns — over wood, over aging metal, or on stripped framing. Our most common agricultural project and one of the best investments a farm property can make.

II
New Agricultural Construction

Cladding for new drive sheds, equipment storage buildings, livestock facilities, and outbuildings. We work alongside builders and general contractors or directly with property owners.

III
Residential Accent Cladding

Board and batten style metal cladding for residential homes — accent walls, gable ends, garage facades, and full exteriors. A sharp modern look with zero maintenance.

IV
Block Wall & Commercial Cladding

Metal panel systems installed over existing concrete block, ICF, or structural walls. Protects the building envelope, improves appearance, and can be installed over most existing substrates.

How We Approach It
Our Cladding Process
i.

Site Assessment & Estimate

We assess the existing structure, identify any framing or substrate issues that need addressing, and provide a clear written estimate covering all materials and labour.

ii.

Substrate Preparation

Depending on the existing condition, we strip failing material, repair damaged framing, and install any required sheathing or furring to create a flat, sound substrate for the new panels.

iii.

Housewrap & Moisture Barrier

Where applicable, a moisture barrier or housewrap is installed behind the cladding to protect the wall assembly and prevent moisture infiltration at fastener points.

iv.

Panel & Trim Installation

Panels are installed straight and level, with properly flashed corners, windows, and door openings. Trim work is cut and fitted cleanly — no shortcuts, no gaps.

v.

Cleanup & Walkthrough

Full site cleanup and a walkthrough of the completed work. Warranty documentation issued and any questions answered before we leave the property.

Our Commitment
Backed by Our Name

Every cladding project we complete carries our 10-year workmanship warranty. If there's a defect in our installation within 10 years — a panel that wasn't properly secured, a corner that wasn't properly flashed — we fix it.

The manufacturer's 40-year finish warranty transfers with the property, which means it's also an asset when it comes time to sell. A freshly clad building with documented warranty coverage is a meaningful point of difference on a rural property listing.
