Legacy Metal Roofing is a Loretto, Ontario-based metal roofing and siding company serving residential and agricultural clients throughout Simcoe County, Dufferin County, and the surrounding region.

What sets us apart isn't just what we install — it's how we install it. Our recommended approach on every roof — regardless of system — is a full tear-off with ice and water shield as the foundation. That's not the cheapest way to do it. It's the right way.

We're not the largest roofing company in Simcoe County. We don't want to be. We want to be the best one. That means assessing every project honestly, recommending what the building actually needs, and installing it with the same care we'd use on our own home.

I started Legacy Metal Roofing with one goal: to build a company that reflects what I believe a roofing company should be. Honest in its pricing. Precise in its work. Accountable to its customers.

On every roof we install, our first recommendation is a full tear-off with ice and water shield. Metal is a lifetime roof — it deserves a lifetime foundation. We'll never recommend covering a problem.

On every full tear-off installation, ice and water shield is included as standard — not an upgrade, not an option. When the deck is exposed, we do it right.

10-Year Workmanship Warranty — Standard
Every installation comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's 40-year finish warranty on materials. A 25-year leak-free warranty is also available on standing seam systems.
